Docton Mill Gardens Docton Mill Gardens are situated in a beautiful valley location a few miles from Long Furlong Holiday Cottages. Lana and John have opened their stunning gardens to the general public. Delicious cream teas and light lunches are served daily throughout the summer season.
Hartland Abbey Hartland has its own very special "stately home" which is still in private ownership. The house and grounds have been host to many film locations over the years and more recently the BBC adaption of Sense and Sensibility. Very close to Long Furlong Holiday cottages. Guests can enjoy light lunches and cream teas and take a guided tour of the house and stroll through the gardens.

Cheristow Lavender Cheristow Lavender is a new venture for Michelle and Eric who are passionate about lavender. The farm is situated a short distance from Long Furlong Holiday cottages and can be the ideal location to sample a lavender cream tea or light lunch sourced from local produce. They also have a "lavender" shop selling a range of lavender inspired goods and Eric will enthusiastically show you his lavender and rose plants.
Hartland House Spa is our onsite spa which offers guests a variety of treatments from manicures and pedicures to salt scrubs and seaweed wraps. Hartland House also puts together special packages for large group bookings such as hen weekends or family reunions.
